Orders and Cancellation

In connection with orders and cancellation, the requirement is as follows: an order may be cancelled before shipment when fulfillment has not begun. After shipment, returns and exchanges are handled under the Refund Policy.

To set precise expectations about shipping, returns, and refunds, our service position is that standard U.S. shipping is free. Processing normally takes 1–2 business days and estimated carrier transit is 4–6 business days.

For a straightforward understanding of shipping, returns, and refunds, the customer-facing rule is that eligible no-reason returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days after delivery. melin pays approved return shipping. Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection.
